That is quite the conundrum. You can always eat healthy sweet things with healthy carbs like fruit! Also, maybe when you’re eating those healthy meals, you aren’t eating enough? You should be eating enough to fill you up so that you’re full enough to not be craving any more food. If substituting sweets with fruit or eating more during your meals doesn’t help, then it might just take some sheer willpower, my love. Good luck to you! <3
