Cardio in the winter.
Hello my beautiful, fit, sexy followers. So spoiler alert…I HATE running in the winter. I hate hate hate it. I would rather run in 100 degree weather than in the cold. Sometimes I’ll feel really motivated and run when it’s freezing out anyway, but by the end of the run, I have snot pouring out of my nose, my throat feels like I swallowed a tennis ball, and I’m just overall uncomfortable. SO I created a 15 minute cardio routine that will kick your ass because it’s a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. And you can do it right in your own bedroom or dorm or living room or whatever! I mentioned this workout the other day and have gotten a few questions on what the workout actually is, so here you go.
1 minute high knees
1 minute jumping jacks
1 minute front kicks
1 minute burpees
1 minute running in place
1 minute lunges
1 minute mountain climbers
1 minute lunges
1 minute mountain climbers
10 pushups and 15 dips consecutively for 3 minutes
30 second squats
30 second jump squats
30 second squats
30 second jump squats
1 minute plank
And then I usually finish it off with 5-10 minutes of stretching. And there you go! 15 minutes of kick-ass cardio in the winter, by yours truly. Enjoy, lovelies! No excuses. Stay fit. <3

Workout Routine
Hey lovelies. So, I’ve been getting some questions recently about what exercises you should be doing. Well, lucky for you guys, I stumbled onto this amazing website that makes a routine for you! Well, just strength training mainly. For cardio, you’re on your own. But that’s walking, jogging, biking, elliptical, dancing, you know the gist.
So on this website, you get to choose:
- How long you want your workout to be.
- Where you’re working out (gym or home)
- Fitness goal (Health and Longevity, Fat Loss, or To Gain Muscle)
- What specific area you want to work out. (Arms, Legs, core, etc.)
It’s amazing. And it gives you a different routine every time, even if you pick all the same options. It even tells you how many reps, how many sets, and how long your rests in between them should be. It also gives you a warm-up and cool-down, but, personally, I like to do those on my own.
I really hope you guys fall in love with this website as much as I have. Good luck in your fitness journeys! Stay beautiful. ♥
